We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, HR Manager to join us with responsibility for the day-to-day running of overall HR functions across the Qatar Office as a Strategic HR leader.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He/She will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


  • Coordinate with the Operation Managers and Scheduling Center on staffing requirements, new hire availability, qualifications, and current/future demand
  • Identify staffing trends as well as identify future needs for the local office and keep in loop business partners for the future manpower requirements.
  • Administer leaves of absence, Employee and/or Labor Relations activity, and disciplinary actions; Implementing Customer transitions; Workers Compensation management, Unemployment claims management, and employee records changes in HRIS; benefits administration.
  • Liaison and assist PRO department in case of any MOI, Labor Department, Immigration any other government- department-related issues.
  • Work with managers to ensure they maximize all opportunities and use all tools available for employee retention and development
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Operations and Management Teams to align organizational goals and targets
  • Take complaints concerning discrimination, sexual harassment, and workplace harassment; lead and/or assist with investigations; provide guidance and support for supervision concerning employee relations and disciplinary action
  • Identify, in coordination with the welfare department identify opportunities for employee retention and development.
  • Lead welfare department for staff welfare standards compliance.
  • Ensure that employee appraisals are conducted correctly and in compliance with the annual schedule
  • Ensure that managers are engaged in Performance Management with their employees
  • Affirmative Action Program compliance and planning; oversight of all recruiting, selection, and placement processes; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure overall contract compliance regarding employee basic and preferred qualifications, screening, training, and licensing
  • Administer Safety Program; semi-annual review and revise the security Emergency Response plan; monitors compliance with regulatory and fire prevention requirements and safety items
  • Can assist Tender-Sales Team with new business in terms of HR Costing and budgeting
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly HR KPI’S
  • Prepare Annual HR Action Plan and budgeting
  • Strong Liaison with Group and regional management in the preparation of monthly, and yearly KPIs and Internal and External audits.
  • Responsible for Company Internal and external /third-party HR audits.

  • Must be able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment, with the ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Includes being able to effectively manage multiple interactions with diverse personalities and engage them to perform at optimum levels
  • Excellent in Reporting Local, and regional levels also


  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
  • Can join immediately in one month
  • Must have NOC or transferable visa
  • Must have a Qatar Driving license
  • Must work with a company with more than 3000 employees
  • Preference those who have security company experience background
  • Very good in SAP/ERP hr reporting and dashboards


  • MBA or Masters of Human Resources Management
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources and 5 years must be in a Manager Position
  • Demonstrated expertise in the learning and development department
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
