About the job
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and managing the implementation and continuous enhancement of Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring the Group has the necessary resources to realize its business plans on the short, medium, and longer terms and that staff are motivated and rewarded for their achievements and encouraged to maximize their potential and contribution to the Group.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent major.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a major corporate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
- Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive labor relations.
- Knowledge of local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations (Qatar Laws).
