Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Service Desk Agent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years as Service Desk Agent.
Extensive troubleshooting knowledge and hands-on experience in the following:
- Microsoft Windows client OS environment (Windows 7, Windows 8, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Applications.
- Should be able to troubleshoot any problem that comes their way. This requires asking good questions and actively listening in order to determine the real problem the customer is facing.
- Providing technical support often involves juggling multiple tasks at once, and Service desk agents should be skilled multitaskers.
