Summary of Position:
This posting is for a Customer Support Engineer supporting WCS. The Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- After-sales support for our customer base in Qatar
- Installation of ATM Hardware/Software
- Attend day-to-day ATM support calls
- Preventive maintenance of ATM Machines following the best practices benchmarked by NCR
- Provide assistance to customers in site preparation and planning.
Desired Education & Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Computers
- Fresh graduates with good knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Interest in troubleshooting PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- Commitment to Characteristics including customer, commercial & deadline focus, self-motivation, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, IT literacy, strong communications skills, team working skills, adherence to company policies and processes, ability to work with various groups, and ability to address ambiguous and missing requirements, fluency in English.
