Summary of Position:

This posting is for a Customer Support Engineer supporting WCS. The Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • After sales support for our customer base in Qatar
  • Installation of ATM Hardware/Software
  • Attend day to day ATM support calls
  • Preventive maintenance of ATM Machines following the best practices benchmarked by NCR
  • Provide assistance to customers in site preparation and planning.

Desired Education & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Computers
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Products
  • Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
  • 8-10 Years of Experience in Supporting NCR ATM’s
  • Commitment to Characteristics including customer, commercial & deadline focus, self-motivation, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, IT literacy, strong communications skills, team working skills, adherence to company policies and processes, ability to work with various groups, ability to address ambiguous and missing requirements, fluency in English.
