This is a mid-level job that works with the Head of Products, Channels and Business Development on planning, developing and marketing product/s.
The Product Support and Business Analysis Officer concentrates on understanding and meeting the customer’s needs by assisting the Head of Business in follow-up tasks and supporting in interdepartmental dealings and assisting in product development, analysis, strategy and process improvement for the concerned retail products
Build and plan product strategies to suit market demands
Implement and manage E2E execution of new and existing product campaigns
Build relationships with card schemes and other partners to create initiatives that builds a strong and profitable customer portfolio
Define product scope to include core product functionalities
Support Business Head with robust price analytics (costing, competitor intelligence, structuring), enabling them to make profitable pricing decisions
Product monitoring and implantation – assist and manage rollout of new products such as e-Wallet Merchant App, issuance of prepaid cards, Buy Now Pay Later etc.
Define new business development opportunities in order to endure achievement of the goals and objectives while promoting Ahli Bank
Perform routine competitive market assessment
Assist in gathering project requirements & developing project plan
Author business requirement documents for product enhancements based on changing business needs.
Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa
implement enhanced work practices by Gap analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Finance.
3-4 years of relevant experience in retail services and product development and management in financial institutions.
