(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing
- Pick, Pack, and Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard
- Reviewing orders vs products available and out-calling customers if required- to suggest alternative products
- Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks Assisting in product cycle counts-
- Stock inventory Assisting in Purchases / Procurement
- Set priorities that accurately reflect the importance of job responsibilities
- Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency
- Coordinate well with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
