We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and driven Project Coordinator with Interior Design /Fit-out project experience to join us in our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting the project manager.
  • Monitor the progress of the project.
  • Maintaining project documentation such as plans and reports.
  • Designing and controlling the project schedule.
  • Preparing presentations to update company executives, team and stakeholders on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
  • Communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
  • Managing the project’s budget.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance with the contract is adhered to.
  • Provide required information to the Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects are managed.
  • Manage and monitor all sub-contractor works for compliance with their contracts.
  • Liaise with the planning department in regards to design, engineering, production, logistics and installation scheduling.
  • Liaise with procurement and production departments on all technical procurement issues.
  • Prepare, monitor and track all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders)
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Senior Management and Client.
  • Attend all designated meetings with Client or nominated representative, with sub-contractors, designers, site and office.
  • Set up and maintain a well-structured site office and manage onsite fit-out supervisors.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between sub-contractors.

Education & Skills

  • Out of 07 years total experience, a minimum of 4 Years of professional experience in Interior or Fit-out sector required.
  • Must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
  • Track record of delivering high spec, high value projects, on time and budget
  • Solid experience in project costing and scheduling and preparing responses to proposals.
  • Developed computer skills (PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, Reports, Databases, Planning tools etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • The ability to be organized and detail-orientated while flexible and adaptable when needed.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Comfortable with learning new technology and systems.
  • Championing existing best practices, seeking and embracing innovation, process oriented.
  • Role requires a flair for time management and excellent organizational skills.
