About the job

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise the inflow/outflow of pharmaceutical products and ensure quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.

2. Oversee that medical products and supplies are stored in the correct manner as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.

3. Strictly monitor & manage the area temperature levels to ensure that are set at appropriate levels and keep a daily track.

4. Arrange for distribution of the pharmaceutical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing and dispatching of products.

5. Analyse inventory levels, inventory positioning, corrects inventory system, verifies accuracy and troubleshoot immediate inventory inaccuracies.

6. Control stock & keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.

7. Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged and expired stock are kept in the right shelves and are disposed of, as per waste disposal process.

8. Drive quality, delivery of budget and environmental objectives.

9. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

10. Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.

11. Provide information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.

12. Produce reports and statistics, as required.

Other

1. Monitor & keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement such as Environment, Social & Governance initiatives (ESG)

2. Perform job related duties as assigned

Qualifications – External

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years practised pharmacy
Geographic Experience:

• Preferred experience within EMEA region
Computer Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
Language Skills:

• Business fluent English
