Admin/ team leader – Pearl Gate Real Estate / REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE A MUST.
Pearl Gate Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Qatar, is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin/team leader. This role will primarily involve handling administrative tasks, managing back office employees, and providing basic IT support for newbie setup.
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate and supervise back office employees, ensuring their tasks are efficiently carried out.
- Provide basic IT support, troubleshoot common technical issues, and liaise with IT service providers when necessary.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls, both internally and externally.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- HR onboarding & exit experience with agents including hiring
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Property Management and Lettings
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
