They are currently on the lookout for a Business Development Officer to join their team in Qatar.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to develop strategies that differentiate our restaurant brand and capture market share.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business alliances to expand our reach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players to enhance the restaurant’s position in the market.
Client Prospecting and Relationship Building:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and catering opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into profitable business deals.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our restaurant.
- Tailor proposals to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the restaurant’s capabilities and offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate relationships and maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration with Marketing and culinary Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-building initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with market trends.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to identify menu enhancements, promotions, and special offerings that attract new customers and increase customer loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending action plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.
