About the job

Scope

  • To work under the supervision of a lawyer in the provision of legal services by the Legal dept
  • Facilitating the preparation and completion of commercial agreements
  • Drafting simple form agreements, drafting simple form corporate resolutions and other corporate documents
  • Administering company compliance in respect of QatarEnergy and its managed subsidiaries
  • Administering legal filings certification of documents, administering trademarks and domain names
  • Conducting research, coordinating and attending meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a law firm or similar function in-house supporting a legal team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent drafting, research and organization skills
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment

Education

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a recognized university
