Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior KPI Specialist to join our KEO office based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

Develop the plan that will be implemented by reviewing and establishing strategic priorities and sets actual plans and deliverables by BPD and the related projects.

Develop and recommend new strategic plans and mitigate any potential risk for the management and the process.

Manages and Controls KPI(s) in coordination with the key personnel at BPD which facilitates accurate budgeting resource planning and goal-setting.

Acts as a coach for the team and all sections to develop and ensure all personnel are in alignment with the set strategy and KPI(s).

Collaborates with the team to implement, manage, and assess the success of the set goals.

Follow up with the update in the market and set a benchmark for the initial expected results along with the financial and expected goals.

Identifies gaps in the set strategy and procedures and advises on the corrective measures.

Champion of good ethics implementation in the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years of experience, and at least 5 years of experience in a Strategy & KPIs managerial position.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any equivalent engineering degree.
