The Food & Beverage Coordinator assists and provides support with the management and daily operations of all food and beverage protocols. Responsible for stock inventory, ensuring customer service satisfaction through food & and beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Perform food & beverage sales and satisfying customers’ needs
• Ensure sales target through good quality customer service.
• To follow health and safety regulations
• Monitor and  ensure work areas are clean and well-maintained
• Support and organize food & beverage inventory and storage
• To deal with guest concerns and complaints fairly and immediately
• Manage kitchen and oversee food preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, food and beverage preparation
• Excellent food service skills
• Knowledge of basic food preparation
• Excellent Skills in handling Inventory of stock and storage
• POS System experience
• AX Experience is advantageous.
