This is a full-time, role for a Design & Technical Manager – Architect located in Doha, Qatar.

Role Description

The Design & Technical Manager – Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and technical aspects of various projects. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure project completion within timeline constraints, as well as adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 10+ years of experience working as an Architect, with demonstrated experience managing the design and technical aspects of construction projects
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and within budget constraints
• Strong knowledge of local regulations as they relate to design and construction in Qatar
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
