Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness in the real estate sector.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of department goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Implement and optimize online and offline marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing results.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
•Stay current on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and marketing best practices.
• Maintain a strong online presence for the company, managing website content and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry.
