HOTEL REPRESENTATIVE:

• Experience in customer service roles in the travel and tourism industry
• Should have selling, promotional skills and Product knowledge
• Handling the overall operation of the sales programs
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customers and company
• Must be Fluent in Russian or German language
• Driving License holder is an advantage

TRAVEL GUIDE:

• Guiding Tours and Groups
• Dealing with questions and queries of the clients
• Providing excellent Customer Service and Relationships to the clients
• Reporting on the DGT system and payment collections
• Managing and handling conflicts and complaints in a constructive manner
• Cooperation with the superiors and Customer Service department
• Other ad hoc duties as directed by immediate superior or management

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Good Command of Czech or German language
• Good Knowledge of Qatar.
• Previous experience in the Destination Management Company / Tourism industry
• Good communication skills and excellent customer service/relations.
• Experience in the international working environment
• Independent work style and can perform under pressure.
• Tour Guide License is an advantage.
• Can start immediately.
