Applicants must be active and have experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, diesel engines, and equipment parts.
Must have basic proficiency in MS Office
Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Manage and prioritise work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Train and mentor workshop staff
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain workflow.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among workshop staff or with clients.
Prepare reports and documentation regarding workshop activities and performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends
Ensure all materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card
Monitor technicians’ performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily and weekly basis.
Arranging routine service & maintenance of vehicles
Good knowledge in dealing spare parts & workshop follow up
Good knowledge about vehicle maintenance
Experienced in dealing with insurance & motor claims
Experience in workshop floor management
Should have min 5 year experience in workshop ground level operations
