The role holder is responsible for the delivery of training programs through effective training methodologies in order to develop and enhance Athletes’ knowledge, skills and competencies required to achieve the business objectives

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and conduct Service, Operations and Product training covering Innovation stories across all categories
  • Manage assigned retail accounts and partner with the broader Nike Retail and Brand teams to consistently create energy, brand passion and elevated service levels within top doors
  • Support Brand and Media events as defined within GCC
  • Work with the Nike Training Manager and Retail function to identify opportunities to deliver marketplace grassroots events and activities in order to connect with the consumer
  • Complete and deliver reports as assigned; communicate opportunities; track relevant KPI’s
  • Create and maintain a calendar of events, activities, goals and objectives
  • Manage to assigned budget
  • Support & conduct programs that will maximize and scale impact at strategic retail partners through the message and media that are meaningful
  • Build knowledge of the company, products, processes and customers
  • Solve problems, analyze possible solutions and makes the right decision for the business
  • Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Understand the key business drivers; uses this knowledge to be effective in own work
  • Expand conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broaden skills
  • Understand the retail landscape in the respective allocated region
  • Identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyze possible solutions and assess each using standard procedures
  • Respond to non-standard requests from internal and/or external customers; investigate with assistance from others as needed
  • Explain information clearly and influence through great relationships and Brand Passion
  • Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities and allocation of time to meet deadlines
  • Accountable for contribution to Middle-East Retail and Brand plans
  • Assist in controlling costs related to training
  • Perform work in support of Brand plans; link daily work with company mission; participate in initiatives and programs supporting functional visibility when appropriate
  • Ensure actions protect company image and limit risks


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication/ Marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Written and spoken English is essential
  • Driver’s license
  • Product/category/brand knowledge
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Trustworthy and with a good ethical background
  • Tech-savvy with video editing skills
  • Sporting background or sport-related studies
