Your Day to Day
As a Banquet Supervisor, you will support in leading the team to give exceptional service and ensure that banquet operations run smoothly in accordance to the hotel standards. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to responding to and fulfilling any special banquet event arrangements, setting up banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment in agreement with group/guest requirements.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
