  • Digital Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create and edit digital content, including writing, photography, videography and editing or processing skills for the raw photo & video.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills to create or modify visuals for digital marketing materials.
  • Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills to create compelling ad copy, email subject lines, and social media posts.
  • Specialized in either one of the social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Youtube, Snapchat.


  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Create, edit and process customer experience – photo & video.
  • Posting consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts on all mainstream social media platforms.
  • Strategy development for all digital marketing channels (including Social media, email marketing, paid media, bloggers, and influencers).
  • Communicating with social media followers/audience including responding to messages & comments in a timely manner, and improve audience engagement.
  • Lead generation through paid social media campaigns on all social media platforms.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
  • Monitor performance of each campaign and initiate necessary changes in order to reduce cost and improve results.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting the success of campaigns and events.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of local marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
