A Barista / Bartender working with us entails the following:

• To ensure that service standards are applied at all the times.
• To maintain the highest standard of service and product to guests at all times.
• To ensure that the Bar policies and standards of performance are fully understood and followed at all times.
• To have a thorough knowledge of all drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) offered.
• To ensure highest standard of cleanliness and presentation both personal and operational domain.
• To be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked Bar and communicate when levels are decreasing.
• To consider other employee and assist them to work as a team.
• To ensure guests and members have a fantastic time and that you do not miss a chance to wow them by engaging and building rapport.
• To ensure the proper cares of furniture, fixtures and equipment within all areas and report any malfunction for maintenance.
• To attend any meetings and training courses as required by the Bar Manager in accordance with the needs of the business.
• To carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Bar Manager in accordance with the needs of the business.
• To ensure all company property is preserved and well looked after.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Barista / Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional people skills
• Passionate about helping people
