Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our HR recruitment agency through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and build strong client relationships to ensure the continued success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract top talent and clients in the HR recruitment industry.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Qatar market, establish connections, and cultivate relationships to generate business opportunities.
  3. Candidate Attraction: Collaborate with the recruitment team to create candidate attraction strategies, including job postings, social media, and outreach programs.
  4. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to engage and educate our target audience.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform our marketing and sales efforts.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the agency and establish valuable contacts.
  7. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.
  8. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the HR recruitment landscape in Qatar is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
