We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our HR Recruitment Agency. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proven track record of successful recruitment, and a deep understanding of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Conduct in-person interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, and develop effective job postings and job descriptions.

Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Support the agency with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
