Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent with World Wide, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate transaction process. From assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties to building lasting relationships, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and success in the real estate industry.


  1. Client Consultation:
  2. Meet with clients to determine their real estate needs and preferences.
  3. Provide guidance on the property buying, selling, or renting process.
  4. Property Listings:
  5. Create and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive descriptions.
  6. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive property prices.
  7. Property Showings:
  8. Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
  9. Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
  10. Negotiation:
  11. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals.
  12. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
  13. Documentation:
  14. Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  15. Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with legal requirements.
  16. Market Research:
  17. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  18. Provide clients with up-to-date information on real estate market conditions.
  19. Customer Service:
  20. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  21. Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.


  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  3. Driving License:
  4. Qatar Driving License
  5. Experience:
  6. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant sales experience.
  7. Skills:
  8. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused mentality.
  10. Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
  11. Technology:
  12. Proficient in using real estate software and technology tools.

Benefits: Basic Salary + Commission
