- Front Desk Operations:

- Client Services:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our business center services.
- Coordinate and schedule meeting room reservations.
- Handle client requests promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including mail and package handling.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Support center operations by collaborating with other teams.
- Technology and Facilities Management:
- Utilize and manage office equipment, including phone systems and printers.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless technology operations.
- Collaborate with facilities management for any maintenance or operational issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
