As the Receptionist at our Business Center, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, guests, and tenants. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the center and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Welcome and greet clients, guests, and tenants with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
  • Client Services:
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our business center services.
  • Coordinate and schedule meeting room reservations.
  • Handle client requests promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including mail and package handling.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
  • Support center operations by collaborating with other teams.
  • Technology and Facilities Management:
  • Utilize and manage office equipment, including phone systems and printers.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Collaborate with facilities management for any maintenance or operational issues.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
