About Sanad Membership Club:
We are an exclusive private members club located in the heart of Doha, offering a sanctuary of sophistication and comfort. We pride ourselves in curating unique, memorable experiences for our discerning members through frequent activations and events.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to ensuring that Sanad brand is consistently communicated and experienced across our members and wider audience.
🌟 Social Media Management:
– Develop, execute, and manage our social media strategy.
– Craft compelling content and engage with our online community.
– Monitor and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies, as necessary.

🌟 Events Coordination:
– Plan, promote, and execute outstanding member activations and events.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success.
– Manage event logistics, including contracts, vendors, and budgets.
🌟 Public Relations & Brand Communication:
– Collaborate with management to define and maintain our brand voice and vision.
– Develop and distribute press releases and maintain media relations.
– Assist in managing PR campaigns that align with company goals.
– Preferred: bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, and/or event coordination.
– Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.
– Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
– Must be based in Doha or willing to relocate.
