Overview of the role:

The primary focus of the role will be to develop fleet solutions and transform the current fleet sales function from “price to advice” function.

What you will do:

  • Developing and launching a new Fleet strategy integrating fleet solutions, sales, funding, fleet management and marketing.
  • Managing accounts receivables.
  • Constantly grow (loyal) customer base.
  • Inventory management of booked cars.
  • Managing volume target achievement.
  • Ensure profitability target achievement.
  • Ensure management of sales policies for demo utilization, process and system management.
  • Overseeing sales planning.
  • Customer experience within the Sales environment.
  • Training to Sales Executives.
  • Ensure QHSE management system requirements and standard operating procedures are implemented in the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customer/associate engagement is enhanced and ensure customer complaints are resolved by taking necessary actions.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Automotive fleet experience.
  • Customer management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Communication skills.

About the Team:

  • Reporting to the Dealer Principal and will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8 -10 years’ experience in automotive fleet sales, of which at least 3 years should have been in a managerial position.
  • Forecasting and ordering of vehicles experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Data and report management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Qatar driver’s license.
