Role Description

The Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in working within the Loyalty Team to increase the partnership network, revenue and engagement

Key Responsibilities

The Loyalty Partnership Officer will be responsible for the following:

Connect with affiliate partners to negotiate strong offers

Develop and Evaluate potential partner business case • Develop and sell the value proposition and currency of the loyalty program to the partners

Handle negotiations with current and potential partners with clear definition of scope and deliverables

Monitor and maintain the partner obligations outlined in individual contracts

Partner agency and vendor management ensuring partner SLA’s and KPI’s are clearly communicated and adhered

Review and agree on the reconciliation of transactions and payments between the client and partners.

Develop training material, organize training and provide training information for partners

Design promotions and campaigns with partners to increase value

Sourcing experiential and money can’t buy experiences that generate value add to the member and the loyalty program

Handle communications and communication material with partners and potential partners

Benchmarking and differentiate compared to competition.

The candidate must have the following:

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years in a Loyalty Partnership role. Preferably within the Corporate Partnership Domain

Comfortable with data and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns.

Arabic speaker preferred.

Key Competencies Required for the Role

Experience in a marketing or sales role with relevant rewards industry experience.

Understanding of Consumer-facing services across a multi-channel customer services solution.

Understanding of Loyalty Services.

Proactive, committed and capable of taking the lead and closing business contracts

Confident communicator – ability to liaise and negotiate across the business and externally.

Drafting quality presentations, and building business models in Excel.

Can-do- attitude, team player and willing to go above and beyond.

Abreast with the latest openings and lifestyle-related experiences regionally to drive relevant partnerships.
