We believe that success starts with exceptional people. We are on the lookout for a dynamic person to join as the Senior Digital Manager who will be able to implement Digital Technologies for the efficiency of all the Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for developing and facilitating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to ensure that digital technologies and processes are used for the benefit of all major projects.

Responsible for the authoring of overarching standards and reviewing of BIM execution plans.

Develops organizational knowledge of BIM principles across the programmed/project lifecycle in partnership with the End-users to demonstrate the potential uses of digital tools, BIM models and asset data post-construction and during operations.

Prepare the BIM implementation plan, guiding the governance of BIM implementation at all project levels.

Organize and utilize all necessary factors for projects implementation and completion and turn the BIM environment into a collaborative and productive one.

Assist with identifying potential digital tools and technology in design, construction and post-construction that are useful for the Client and/or End-User and manage the implementation.

Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.

Oversee the BIM for all the stages in a construction project, from planning and design to construction and completion.

Developing and implementing BIM workflows and communicating.

Monitoring the quality of BIM model outputs supplied by various parties by conducting quality checks.

Implement systems for communication and data exchange to ensure seamless collaboration, managing people and resources and monitoring the process for potential improvements.

Implement enabling tools for designing, developing, delivering and maintaining facility.

Providing support to project delivery teams and managing the resolution of BIM-related issues and tasks by supporting and advising the project team on the use of the BIM model.

Creating a strategic plan to implement the adequate use of technology in the design process and implement lean practices to minimize abortive work across multiple design platforms.

Oversee the BIM for all the stages in a construction project, from planning and design to construction and completion.

Organizing and developing the information exchange protocols of the projects from design to operation.

Qualifications and Experience :

Recognized degree in Architectural, Engineering or other directly related Building Construction programs with Major in BIM Technology/Digital Design.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 10 years of professional experience in large buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Minimum 5 years of BIM, 3D Modelling, GIS and Asset Inventory professional experience (Experience in operational airport environment preferred).

Excellent proficiency in proposed BIM Authoring and Coordination Software.

Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skills required.

Excellent Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Autodesk, BIM and graphics software are desirable.
