Position Overview: Managed Services Business Development Lead
This role is required in driving the growth and success of Managed Services offerings by Mannai NTD. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in business development, team management, and technology solutions, with a focus on coordinating and expanding the portfolio of services across various departments and technologies.
- Lead the Business Development efforts for the Managed Services division, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
- Manage the Renewal and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Team, ensuring timely contract renewals and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Internal coordination with NTD departments including UC, Networks, Audio Video, ELV, Passive, Power Management, CCTV, ELV, Project Management Office, Compute Team (Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage), and Network Security.
- Act as a product manager for Full Stack Observability Platforms & Apps, Infrastructure Monitoring Platforms, ITSM Tools & Services, AIOPs Center and Services, SOC Tools and Services, staying informed about the latest industry trends and driving innovation within the service offerings.
- Develop and implement effective processes for service development, management, and delivery to ensure high-quality solutions to the customers.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of support and services provided by Principal vendors such as Cisco, F5, etc., and leverage this knowledge to enhance the service portfolio.
- Expertly handle the quoting process for Professional and Advanced Services across all technologies, including on-call support, lift and shift service identification, and quotation creation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
- Assist Sales Account Managers and representatives in creating services proposals and lead generation activities.
- Proactively manage rebate structures with Principal vendors, optimizing incentives and benefits for the organization.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the service offerings and business development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, managed services, IT Services Business Transformation and team management in a global organization preferably from TOP 5 IT Services and Consultancy Companies of the world.
- Solid understanding of various technology domains, including but not limited to UC, Networks, Audio Video, ELV, Passive, Power Management, CCTV, ELV, Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network Security, and Digital Transformations.
- Strong knowledge of process development, management, and optimization. ITIL Advance Certifications, SIAM, ISO2000 Auditor Qualifications will be a great advantage.
- Familiarity with support and services offered by Principal vendors like Cisco, F5, etc.
- Proven ability to create comprehensive quotes for Professional and Advanced Services.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
