People Dynamics is looking for highly skilled and experienced Delivery Officers to join our client’s team in the luxury auto industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the delivery process of high-end vehicles to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Designation: Delivery Advisor (Customer Service)
Number of positions: 4
- Manage the entire delivery process.
- Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and meet the company’s quality standards before delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and expectations and tailor the delivery experience accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the delivery process to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve delivery processes and customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Airline industry or luxury automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
