The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the delivery process of high-end vehicles to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Designation: Delivery Advisor (Customer Service)

Number of positions: 4

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire delivery process.
• Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and meet the company’s quality standards before delivery.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and expectations and tailor the delivery experience accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the delivery process to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve delivery processes and customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Airline industry or luxury automotive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
