Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Group Payroll Manager, this position will be responsible for all administration tasks related to the staff payroll process.
Job Responsibilities 1
Staff Bank Account
Bank Account details & system updates
Job Responsibilities 2
Responsible for opening bank accounts for all employees
Visit the bank for card collections.
Coordinating with employees to fill out bank account opening forms and obtain all related documents.
Updating bank account details in the system
Preparing salary certificates for bank account opening.
Misc. tasks based on department requirements.
Additional Responsibilities 3
Job Knowledge & Skills
Language – English is a must. Arabic is added advantage.Mandatory skills – MS excel and Word Should have valid Qatar Driving license.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
For Diploma Holders: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
For Bachelor Degree holders: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they match the skills requirements
