
Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervises daily activities of the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials to meet the business’s operational and customer demand. Assists the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Ensures that the warehouse personnel complies with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
Job Responsibilities 1
Maintains the optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.
Organizes, facilitates and manages stock takes at regular intervals.
Maintains Company’s integrated inventory management system database to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.
Manages the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Leads the follow-up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifying errors and eliminating root cause using robust countermeasures.
Job Responsibilities 2
Works closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement warehouse and management systems and integrate best practices and continuous improvement.
Monitors and reviews operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.
Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes, and complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
Performs various inventory counts, and orders supplies and goods as needed.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of the types of materials stored in the Warehouse.
Knowledge in storekeeping and warehousing practices including use of pertinent software operations and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of warehouse control, inventory control and related duties.
Knowledge of Office MS, ERPGood communication skills.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is a requirement to be successful in this role.
