We’re looking to recruit an Admissions Coordinator to join our Compass International school, Doha a Nord Anglia Education school.

Compass International School Doha opened in 2006 and has grown to 3 campuses in the capital city of the State of Qatar. The school provides premium education for expat and local families looking for a British, international curriculum. The campus will accept students from Early Years through to Year 13, offering the International Primary Curriculum, English National Curriculum and A levels as well as other vocational programmes (BTEC) in Years 12 and 13. The campus, with the backing from Nord Anglia Education, will have global reach and offer programmes beyond other schools

You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team to achieve and succeed desired outcomes
2 years + in a sales or service delivery sector
Skilled user of software such as Microsoft Office | Microsoft Excel | RStudio | Power BI | anylogistix (SalesForce is a plus)
Experience in working with CRM systems (SalesForce and iSAMS) and integration with the sales life cycle
Fluent in English and speaking Arabic is an advantage
