We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of The Rose Yard, responsible for ensuring our customers’ inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
1. **Customer Communication:**
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and courteous responses.
– Assist customers with orders, product information, and delivery inquiries.
– Offer personalized recommendations and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
2. **Order Management:**
– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
