The Head of Rental Sales Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the rental sales operations within a company. we are looking for candidates with strong experience in the rental of construction, industrial and lifting machinery, preferably in Qatar. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective management of rental sales processes, teams, and strategies to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive rental sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize rental sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Implement best practices and tools for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline and conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and concerns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular reports and insights for senior management.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data analysis.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the rental sales budget, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
Technology and Tools:
- Evaluate and implement relevant sales and CRM tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Mitigate risks related to rental sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machinery rental sales & operations management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within Qatar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the rental industry and market trends.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Candidates with local release/NOC are preferred.
