The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

  • Leading the development of marketing plans which includes planning and executing an annual calendar of campaigns and events, optimizing for local and seasonal events and brand building activity
  • Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation
  • Ensure the execution against a promotional & value strategy, working with the merchant partners to drive value for our customers
  • Working with our in-house creative departments to develop integrated campaigns
  • Working with the in-house social media team to build activity to support campaigns
  • Aligning the offline and online team in on the ongoing campaigns to optimize customer messages and return on investment
  • Build a close relationship with the partnership team to plan tactical activity in response to market conditions.
  • Working with the in-house PR departments to find PR opportunities to increase brand exposure, awareness and affinity
  • Working with product marketing team to track usage & performance of the promo and QR codes
  • Share post campaign analysis and reporting learnings to the business
  • Updating senior management for marketing activities, performance and strategies
  • Prepare quarterly offline marketing budget, distribute the budget within the team and monitor the spent on a monthly basis
  • Ensure event display accurately represents our brand
  • Sourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across the team
  • Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.
  • Do you have some of these:
  • Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in Qatar
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 year experience in directing and leading marketing team
  • Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
  • Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams
