A well-established Consultancy company looking for a BCM specialist.

Your Responsibilities

• A strong understanding of risk management, crisis management, and disaster recovery principles. Effective communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Prepare business continuity governance framework (develop and update the Business Continuity Management (BCM) policies, methodologies, procedures, training materials and related documentation)
• Prepare BCM operational manual.
• Prepare training and awareness plans and support in implementing the BCM awareness program.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
• Provide support to the BC Champions and project team from the client’s side to manage the project-related activities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field.
• 5+ years of BCM or related experience.
• BCM certification (e.g., CBCP, CBCI, MBCI) is a plus.
• Strong risk assessment skills and BCM software proficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
