About the job

1. Perform periodic routine operations such as switch-over of filter pumps or equipment start-up and shut-down.
2. Report abnormal operation situations to supervisory personnel and management to the Plant Manager and prepare a shift activity/ daily production report including production daily volumes, time off requests of workers, daily breakdown minutes, time off due to maintenance breaks etc.
3. Secure and isolate equipment from the process when online maintenance is scheduled in coordination with instrumentation and electrical maintenance technicians.
4. Ensure the first communication line with regard to safety and security with the customer operating team, network coordination or other neighboring production facilities.

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or experience in managing an operation in a shift scheduling production environment.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a field operator.
• High School or Technician degree in the production and/or maintenance field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
