We are looking for someone with experience in ERP like SAP or DMS (Dealer Management System) or purely software support.
- Software Support and implementation Experience in ERPs like SAP, DMS or other ERPs
- Experience in front end technologies like C#.Net or ASP.net
- Experience in Crystal Reports
- Experience in back-end technologies like SQL Server, Oracle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and issue resolution related to the DMS application used in automotive dealerships.
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to understand their requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and diagnosis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of the DMS application to align with dealership processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on using the DMS application effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive DMS space, and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations related to the DMS application.
- Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful deployment of system changes and upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a DMS Application Support Specialist in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of dealer management systems, preferably with experience in supporting specific DMS platforms used in the automotive industry (e.g., TITAN DMS).
- Familiarity with automotive dealership processes and workflows, including sales, finance, inventory management, and service operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations or working closely with dealership personnel is highly desirable.
