Provides job design including well plans and proposals, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in designated areas.

Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base.

Provides technical support on location and/or customer office as required by the customer or PSL. Consults with customers to determine their specific needs.

Offers advice on equipment capabilities and advises field personnel on the technical complexity of the job; develops solutions to technical problems as required.

Develops new ideas, concepts, and applications for Company products and services.

Assignments require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional.

Must be able to work independently.

This is the lead position responsible for job design and overall performance.

Functions as a communications link between the customer and the Solutions Team; consults with PSL regarding equipment needs and specifications.

Typical requirements include a degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

Typical incumbents have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with average experience ranging from 7-10 years.
