- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop an overarching content strategy aligned with the hotel’s brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various platforms including the hotel’s website, social media channels, blog, email newsletters, and print collateral. This includes writing captivating headlines, compelling descriptions, and informative articles.
- Social Media Management: Manage the hotel’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and curate visually appealing and shareable content to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging content assets to attract, engage, and convert potential guests. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to develop compelling marketing messages and promotions.
- Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the hotel’s website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to gather information, ensure consistency in messaging, and support their respective initiatives with compelling content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices to continually innovate and enhance the hotel’s content strategy.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, style, and attention to detail, and Hotel experience is a must
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
