We are a leading marketing agency based in Doha, Qatar, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SMS marketing strategies, a strong background in sales, and a proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue. As a Sales Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on SMS marketing services.
– Utilize your extensive network and local market knowledge to identify and engage potential clients.
– Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in potential client organizations.
– Conduct cold calls, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the value of our SMS marketing solutions.
– Collaborate with our internal teams to tailor marketing strategies that align with client needs.
– Leverage your digital marketing expertise to showcase the agency’s capabilities and offerings.
– Utilize your strong PR skills and database to generate leads and build a solid pipeline.
– Provide exceptional account management to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing success.
– Utilize your leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team toward achieving collective goals.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics, utilizing your numerical skills to calculate ROIs.
– Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to refine marketing strategies and demonstrate results.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Qatar, specifically in a marketing agency setting.
– 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on SMS marketing.
– Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
– In-depth knowledge of SMS marketing strategies and proven success in closing deals.
– Proven ability to engage with decision makers and conduct effective cold calls.
– Strong digital marketing skills, including familiarity with Google Analytics and various marketing techniques.
– Prior experience as a Marketing Manager leading complex marketing projects is a plus.
– Expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong analytical skills to measure performance and calculate ROIs.
– Understanding of broad marketing concepts and best practices.
– Demonstrated creativity and proficiency in utilizing different marketing techniques.
– Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and networking skills.
