Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Dynamics 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 suite, including customization, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. As a certified administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, management, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 environment to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall Dynamics 365 environment, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, entities, workflows, forms, and views to support business processes.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems and applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Participate in training initiatives to educate users on new features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Dynamics 365 certification is required (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Administrator Associate).
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 with other business applications is a plus.
- Experience with E-commerce development is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hardware configuration, network configuration, and system support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and provide user support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Prior experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is advantageous.
