About The Role

Coordinate and liaise with the respective Food and Beverage Supervisor by delivering a high-quality of standard food and beverage service within the assigned area of service. The role will also be required to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to customers with attention to detail with an emphasis on increasing brand value at all times.

Key Accountabilities Include

  • Ensure attention to detail and focus on providing excellent services to all customers within respective Lounges.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor and carry duties in his absence by maintaining service levels.
  • Provides Food & Beverage service to all customers within respective Lounges or as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
  • Undertake general or special duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Supervisor / Lounge Manager.
  • Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, stores and other areas of operation to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.
  • Follow hygienic food and beverage management procedures.
  • Attends and be actively involved in daily team briefings, ensuring that all rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Communicates with all external parties to work cooperatively in processing all customer requirements.
  • Contributes exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote Premium Services and Qatar Airways products, assist with a diverse range of customer inquiries.

Qualifications

About you

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of High School Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in the English language.
  • Knowledge of current Food and Beverage regulations.
  • Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team working environment
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
