Your Day to Day

As a Commis 1 – Pastry, you will assist in the operations of the pastry and bakery kitchen to ensure that all pastry including bakery items are served according to pre-determined methods of preparation as per the hotel standards.

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
