• Proven experience in execution of offshore compression plants systematization, boundaries division and electrical logic start-up sequency.
• Willing to be mobilized in China during fabrication period and Offshore.
• Proven experience in develop subsystem boundaries using smart plant tools.
• Proven experience in black start maneuvers, PMS integration, HV/MV/LV commissioning, start-up and operation.
• Knowledge in relay parametrization, interlock and IEC network test been capable to troubleshoot and fine tune relay parameter during commissioning tests, without vendor assistance.
• Proven experience in test and certification of helideck electrical related systems.
• Proven knowledge of GTG performance tests procedure preparation with load bank/real time consumers in minimal load/full load and site execution of commissioning activities, start-up and operation.
• Proven knowledge of Diesel generator performance tests procedure preparation with load bank/real time consumers in minimal load/full load and site execution of commissioning activities, start-up and operation.
• Proven knowledge in UPS maneuvers and battery discharge test.
• Proven experience in FAT witnessing, report preparation and factory completion inspection.
