What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design, modification, and optimization of STP processes and pump stations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
• Utilize applicable modeling and simulation tools to analyze process performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements
• Implement advanced process monitoring and control strategies to maintain consistent and reliable operation of STP facilities and pump stations.
• Analyze data trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate process upsets and failures.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process engineering considerations into the overall design and operation of treatment facilities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the STP and pump station operations, aiming to optimize resource utilization, energy efficiency, and overall performance.
• Prepare detailed process design documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports for STP and pump station projects.
• Assess potential risks related to STP and pump station operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable performance.
• Hazard Identification Studies such as HAZOP.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy especially dealing in STP process and pumping stations.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

•  Good communication and coordination skills
• GCC experience is an advantage.
