- We are currently seeking an Upstream Leader to join our team in our Qatar office.
- Use your knowledge of customers, the industry and competition to identify and pursue greenfield and expansion opportunities in the Upstream vertical market.
- You will support the development of strategies to gain new customers and to identify ways to penetrate new markets in your geography.
- You will influence and partner with other strategy and business leaders, marketing, sales, product development to define and execute a customer acquisition process.
- You will build strategic customer relationships and identify potential strategic alliances.
- Increase pipeline sufficiency for the Upstream Oil & Gas Vertical & new customer base.
You Must Have
â–ª Bachelor’s degree
- Min 10 years experience in selling Automation Systems
- Oil and Gas, Refining & Petrochemical

â–ª Proven sales and new market development experience
- Proven experience working in matrix and multiple stakeholders
â–ª Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Good presentation and Business Writing Skills
â–ª Proven effectiveness working across multiple geographies
â–ª Broad industry and portfolio knowledge
â–ª MBA or Advanced Business Degree is preferred
â–ª Strong influencing skills
â–ª Builds strong business relationships
